TBN People Support is an organisation that provides supported living care services across England. The organisation provides services to adults, and older adults who have care and support needs; this includes people with mental health problems, dementia and physical disabilities and those who misuse substance. We aim to help our people to develop independence and to acquire skills to help them live independently. We aim to accomplish this by providing high standard accommodation and a supportive environment for people which altogether safeguards their wellbeing and welfare and promotes their development.
We recognise that people benefit from support and guidance during to help them develop independence. We support each person based on their individual needs and according and to their personalised support package. The level of support that are offered is determined by their assessed needs and risks.
